To unsubscribe to some messages
1. After logging in, go to the home page.
2. In either the Text Message Subscriptions or E-mail Subscriptions sections, find the channel you would like to unsubscribe from, then click its Unsubscribe link.
3. If successful, a message stating you have been unsubscribed will appear.
To unsubscribe to all SMS messages
1. After logging in, go to the home page, and click the Update My Contact Information link.
2. Click on the Mobile SMS tab in the top right corner.
3. Remove your mobile phone number by clicking the Delete & start over button.
